The first step is to understand the situation in the company: are the resources suitable on the dimension of the company? How is the state of infrastructure? Are there some untapped parts that could be useful to use?

To have under the eyes the complete situation permits to work in the short term with small corrections that can lead big results. We work on several areas: on technical area we optimize the existing infrastructure; on economic area we review the contracts to make them more responsive to the real needs of the company; with marketing department we analyze the data from online communication channels (websites, ecommerce, mass mailing, specialized portals, etc.) to evaluate the positioning of the brand.

These are the foundations for a long-term strategy; we are involved in developing plans for IT department - to provide the company with the resources they need to achieve their business - and web marketing plans.
