With our application, users can profile themselves while the newsletter manager has to insert all the news tagged by type and the application creates for each user its own newsletter with the news of interest.
This is the case of a site of news that asks its subscribers what news to receive by e-mail among those of politics, sport, economy, etc.. With our system the editorial staff only has to insert in the system all the news to be sent divided by topics to ensure that each recipient receives only the information he has requested.

How to create a list and a newsletter
To better manage the relationship and direct mailing campaigns have to start from lists of email addresses and a communication plan with well-defined characteristics.
The file with the list of contacts must be a CSV (comma separated-value) file containing at least the following information for each subject:
- first name;
- last name;
- e-mail.
The communication is in HTML format and includes text and images. The content is written as text and not made with images.
You can use the fields for personalize the emails. E.g. the phrase "Dear, First name Last name" will be automatically converted by replacing "First name" and "Last name" in the values matching to each email address.
The text contains links, which are tracked for the post-campaign analysis.
The link must have the alternative text ("alt"). The email may contain images:
- JPG or PNG format and must be optimized;
- Alternative text ("alt") detailed. I.e.: for the company logo the alternative text will be like "Company Name" and not "logo", "image", etc.
The social networks must be linked to official channels.
